Don't use CasualSome to harass employees, store unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Customer data ownership
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service and follow your instructions.
6. Intellectual property
CasualSome, its branding, and software are our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.
7. AI-generated content
Appraisals drafted by AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish to your team.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasualSome will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
